Pacific Pecan offers all the tools to get your pecans from the Farm to an International Customer. We are here to make the process easier for you! A current price sheet for our services is attached and below is a description of what we offer.

Shipping: Pacific Pecan can arrange to pick up your pecans from the cold storage where they are stored and deliver them to Vernon, California (Los Angeles area). Pecans must be frozen for seven days at zero degrees Fahrenheit, and a Phytosanitary Certificate stating this must accompany every truck that passes through California. Pacific Pecan can assist the cold storage facility in obtaining these documents. Grower is responsible for costs from the cold storage facility for freezing and loading the truck.

Bagging: For growers that need to re-bag their pecans from supersacks into 50 pound bags or equivalent, Pacific Pecan can provide this service. Our bagging process adds value to your product. We dump supersacks into the line which consists of an aspirator to remove any broken shell after the transportation process. We also offer the option of a pin sorter if additional broken needs to be removed. And finally, a visual hand-grading inspection is performed to guarantee no foreign material has entered the product from storage, shipping, or handling. Pacific Pecan provides an unmarked polypropylene bag sewn at both ends. Additional bag choices are available upon request.

Cross Dock: For growers who only need their pecans cross docked from a trailer into an export shipping container, Pacific Pecan can also provide this service. Pacific Pecan will transfer supersacks, bags, totes, etc. Fees are determined by the ease of transfer; please see the current price sheet for details.

Drayage and Ocean Voyage: Pacific Pecan will arrange the export of your container to any port of your choice. We will seamlessly execute drayage to the port of loading, ocean voyage freight charges, AES export customs filings, and all export documents and certifications.
